Product Description
1.General structure:
MD series is one type of horizontal single suction,multistage segmental centrifugal pump. The suctionis located horizontally on suction case. The discharge is vertical upward on discharge case. The suction case, intermediate case, discharge is vertical upward on discharge case. The suction case, intermediate case, discharge case are combined by fasten bolt, the total delivery head can be adjust by change the stages. The general structure and main part list see the drawing I.
2.The Main Parts:
1) Main parts of the pump including: Suction case,discharge case, diffuser, diffuser of discharge case, intermediate case, impeller, impeller anchor sleeve, shaft, shaft sleeve, wear ring, balancing ring, balancing disk, back over, etc. The rotor parts including impeller and balancing disk etc. The rotor is supported by one ball bearing on each eng, the bearings are lubricated by grease.
2)The pump working chamber is combined by suction case, intermediate case, diffuser, diffuser of discharge case, discharge case and back cover. The liquid enter pump from single side along axial, the axial force created by pressured liquid will be balanced by balancing disk.
3)Shaft seal: The soft packing seal is adopted normally, and the mech, seal option is available according to special inquiry.
Transmission: The pump is driven by motor through flexible coupling; the rotating direction is clockwise view from the motor side.
Wear ring: The wear ring can be replaced after wear out.
Balancing disk: It is located between the discharge case and back cover for balancing the axial force.
Shaft sleeve: Located on the soft packing area, and it can be replaced after wearing out.
3. Rotating direction: From the direction of the motor, pump for the clockwise direction of rotation.
